Climate change

I never really bothered about climate change till i came to prepare my civil service exam....Rather i would say that i hardly knew about climate change...Really that was the position of a computer science engineer...He shouldn't bother about it either because his workplace will never let him know about the impact it produces...all those air conditioning machines in the software company(not for comforting us but to comfort the machines inside there) or to that matter in any mid profile offices will never let the persons inside it to bother about....the world leaders are negotiating on the extend to which they can commit the crime of emission based on their previous crime records...developing countries are more bothered that their growth rate should not be disturbed even at the cost of committing crime(though may be lesser one)....developed countries need equal punishment irrespective of magnitude of crime....in between caught are the least developed and island nations which are struggling for their existence....leaders meet and speak....it happens every year....and it will happen in future also...now they speak about how to restrict temperature rise .....in future how to adapt to temperature rise.....the poor nations will become poorer further by spending their hard earned money to adapt to changes.....developing countries will still be in the process of developing ....
developed will stay as such bribing developing countries to take part in its crime.....in mid 1990's FIDEL CASTRO linked climate change to capitalism and advocated communism as the panacea...though i am not a stern believer in communism as political concept, now i would like to give a thought about it...there is a very little prospect , if at all , in trying to save the planet...after all every leader represent their own country in the forum....no one to represent the planet yet as the whole....

limit emissions??? we can't cut it as whole suddenly.....we are addicted to it...like a drunkard to alcohol...cutting it suddenly (hypothetical) will show withdrawal symptoms....neither we aren't willing to do that for time being.....switch to greener technologies??funding is the greatest problem.....like in Stilglitz's words ,"we have trillions to bail out the banks but not to bail out the planet??"

We are divided by the name of nations.....blaming each other....

Look back at our history....It taught us one thing for sure.... Each problem has a solution(though most of the time that solution gives us another problem....that's a different case).....one day we will be able to crack the problem and come out with the solution....
We will wait for the day hoping it to come soon........

Andhra (+/-Hyderabad)-Telungana=??

The recent fast unto death undergone by TSR chief Mr.Rao pressing for a separate Telungana state from Andhra pradesh was withdrawn as a result of centre's assurance to moot the process of dividing the state....This has brought a serious concerns about many separatists forces existing in India...Though Telungana may have got less focus in terms of development projects and aid ,separate state is not a panacea for this problem.....Micro level planning and development should be undertaken more vigorously instead of separating the state....This present scenario might reinforce the separatist forces operating all over India especially, the Maoist against whom the centre and state government are battling very hard....Within the state itself it sets a wrong path for separatist forces from rayalsema...Now the precious question of hyderabad comes into picture....who will bid for the most precious possession of andhra...surely both the parties will never leave it to the other...Even the option of making Hyderabad as UT is considered ......without telungana and hyderabad in near future without rayalseema one cannot imagine what would be left in andhra....lets see what will happen.....

recognising others......

Recently election commission has decided to provide a separate column or to be specific , a column as 'others' along with usual male and female boxes in the electoral forms......this step is a laudable one as it recognises the transsexual's gender.....But our Government has to take more steps in facilitating them to join the main stream society....Most of the transsexuals suffer from social stigma , isolation by the society and sometimes even rejected by their parents also....In such situations they are ultimately pushed into prostitution or begging....Government can take steps to rehabilitate them and provide them with better work opportunities...one idea that had been in my mind for a considerable time is to provide them with better education regarding tourism and employ them in the tourism industry.....if Government is ready to do that i think it will receive lot of support from foreign travellers and also from international organisations......
